Position Description
Represent company as the front line to the company
organization. Provide World Class service to the Agricultural and
Construction dealer organizations via first contact resolution with
timely, accurate and consistent responses to dealers’ parts
inquiries with their primary focus on dealer satisfaction. Conduct
research for problem resolution as required with a special emphasis
on urgency of the dealers’ need. These inquiries include but are not
limited to Policies and Procedures interpretation, Pricing,
Invoicing, Warranty, Backorders, Tracking, Ship Direct programs,
Marketing Attack Plan, Training of Dealers, Parts Account
Adjustments, Returns, Cancel and reorders and Service bulletins.
Ensure overall department objectives are met or exceeded.'
