Our Appleton facility is growing and we are hiring!
Maintenance Technicians
Foremost Farms USA, is a cooperative owned by 2,300 dairy farmers in the Upper Midwest. The cooperative produces many varieties of American and Italian cheese, whey-based ingredients and butter for national and international customers and markets bulk milk to fluid milk packagers. We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join us at our modern Italian-style cheese facility,in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities include: installation of motors and pumps, boiler operation, maintenance of ammonia refrigeration equipment, welding of stainless steel and performing miscellaneous maintenance duties as required.
This is a seven-day a week operation, providing support to manufacturing and packaging. Please apply only if you can work: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts; weekends and holidays.
Qualified candidates must pass a maintenance exam. A mechanical degree and/or high school diploma is required with equivalent maintenance experience. Knowledge of operator interface terminals and scada is desirable. Previous maintenance experience in a food processing plant is preferred.
We offer our maintenance technicians paid continued training in mechanical and electrical courses, company supplied uniforms and footwear, company supplied tools and competitive wage with night premiums.
