Your Opportunity as a Senior Analyst, Integrated Analytics

We are growing our analytical capabilities and supporting the growth of those on our team.In this role,you willact as a strategic business partner for the Customer & Category Business (CCB) Team. You will support the analytics across one of our Strategic Business Areas (SBA) for the Category, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams, deliveringinsights that directly impactour go to market strategies. You will also work closely with our Sales analysts and fellow Senior Analysts across our other SBAs for collaborative storytelling and identifying opportunities for synergies across business areas.

Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office presence (follows core week schedule)

In this role you will:

• Utilize data to create and leverage deep consumer and retailer insights

• Assist in the development of Category & Customer selling stories to drive growth

• Collaborate with the sales analysts and commercial organization tooptimizebusiness strategies and initiatives and leadin the identification of opportunities and competitive threats

• Driveprocess improvements by simplifying analytics and business intelligence

• Continuously develop capabilities in syndicated data, account specific data, JMS financial data, advanced statistical analysis, visualization, and presentation skills

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analytics or similar CPG experience

• Experience translating data into actionable insights that translate to sales and brand strategies

• Experience with syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, etc)

• Demonstrated capabilities in gathering, analyzing and presenting detailed information related to all aspects of business to audiences of diverse experiences

• Technical expertise across commercial analytics, including advanced Excel methods

• Strong solution-oriented thinker with project management, critical thinking and communication skills

• Proven experience championing insights based on data that can support issue resolution and proactive opportunities to drive improvement

• Collaborative partner who can develop trusted relationships

• A relentless commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

• Experience with retailer data (Retail Link, Atlas, Luminate, 1010, etc)

• Experience with data visualization and statistical programming languages
