Position Overview:

The Director of Ecommerce will lead Trilliant's Ecommerce accounts. Provides overall strategic direction, define and execute appropriate strategies and approaches for achieving enduring competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Develop and execute platform growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Brand assent management through the Salsify platform.
  • Assisting and building out B2C fulfillment platform.
  • Lead team of Ecommerce Account Managers ensuring growth and career development.
  • Lead Amazon.com, WalmartMarketplace.com, HomeDepot.com, TargetPlus.com, TargetDVS and support our sales team in ecommerce at other retailers.
  • Build and lead integrated annual marketing & sales plan for each assigned customer.
  • Effectively communicate the overall strategy of our ecommerce platform throughout the organization to allow other departments to align and support the business.
  • Build scorecard to evaluate marketing budgets to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Evaluate and manage outside vendors supporting the ecommerce platform.
  • Accurately build forecasts for each platform to drive operations and finance to ensure high fill rates.
  • Leading internal ecommerce operations projects and initiatives.
  • Leading customer experience and managing relationships with clients via phone and email.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal bridge teams and client representatives.
  • Evaluating account profitability through report analysis of metrics such as conversion rates and optimization.
  • Managing operational issues to achieve effective resolution.
  • Identify, select, and manage third-party entities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years in ecommerce experience with focus on Amazon, Walmart, and other ecommerce customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, particularly with upper management.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with results orientation.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficient with Excel.
  • Strategic thinking and sound judgment in the execution of activities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Hours and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role is remote or onsite. If remote, travel to our Little Chute, WI facility will be required a number of times a year.
