- Communicate with customer service, planning and operations teams to optimize Schneider's trailer usage across markets.
- Address customer issues that may impact equipment utilization.
- Maximize driver utilization by identifying unused hours.
- Make sound equipment utilization decisions that increase company profitability.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two plus years of transportation or truck dispatch experience preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to evaluate multiple solutions and use strong judgement to make the best decision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
