Summary: The Senior Executive Assistant acts as a key partner to the Company President, bolstering the President's efficiency through vital and confidential assistance. This role involves supporting the Board of Directors, providing aid to other Executive Team members as required, and interacting with employees throughout the organization.

Minimum Requirements

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Administrative Professional, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant C-Suite experience is required.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in a C-Suite support role may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Previous experience managing complex and active calendars.
  • Proven experience demonstrating a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Previous Board of Directors experience and use of board portal.
  • Intermediate proficiency with presentation software/applications.

Preferred Requirements

  • Certified Administrative Professional certification.
  • Experience working with Diligent board portal.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete a broad variety of high-level administrative tasks designated by the Company President, with minimal supervision.
  • Provide "gatekeeper" role to help maximize President's time on key priorities.
  • Interact with key stakeholders as necessary on behalf of the President and/or Company including but not limited to employees, vendors, business partners, and Board of Directors.
  • Manage and maintain complex calendar for President; to include scheduling of meetings, conferences, events, and personal appointments.
  • Plan and coordinate attendance at industry conferences and events (including registration, flights, hotel, meetings, and ground transportation).
  • Serve as Board Secretary ensuring support of Board processes; including effective governance, meeting management, documentation, communication, and compliance.
  • Gather, organize, and compile presentation content from employees and outside resources for Company presentations, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of off-site executive and top leader meetings.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage Company events.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports for President.
