Your seat at the table: Customer Service Specialist

You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

  • Provides a positive customer experience with each interaction.
  • Receives, research and answers customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders.
  • Enters customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories.
  • Enters customer orders for returned merchandise and authorize refunds, as necessary.
  • Requests payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices i.e., freight & shipping charges.
  • Performs outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments and product delivery or service of product.
  • Enter orders from customer/sales staff as required for backup.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as requested.

We need this seat to have:

  • High School graduate
  • 2-5 years customer service experience
  • Spanish speaking required
  • Servicing B2B dealer experience preferred
  • Warranty experience preferred
  • Detail oriented

This seat reports to: Global Customer Service Manager
