This position is 32 hours (4 shifts) per week on the NOC shift (10:30am-6:45am). Every other weekend and every other holiday are required.

This position is eligible for Evergreen's health, vision and dental insurance, and 403(B) retirement program with company match. This paid vacation and sick time offered as well.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform skilled nursing tasks such as resident observations, weekly summaries, medications/treatments, enteral feedings, skin/wound care, physician rounds, etc
• Assure proper techniques and/or procedures are followed, including but not limited to: resident rounds, restraint usage, monitoring resident location, bathing, transfers, use of care cards, etc.
• Supervise unit staff during assigned shift and follow through on issues and concerns, including corrective action if needed, and keep Unit Manager informed.
• Use appropriate safety procedures and standard precautions in completing work assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• A desire to work with older adults
