- Maintain a current food handler's card with person in charge training required by local health department.

Position Summary: Dietetic Food Services Clerk performs a variety of tasks including following proper procedures in answering telephone calls from the nursing floors, interpreting those request for special diets. Heads menus while editing them for special diet needs, records meal information into the computer system for information tracking and provides all production areas with necessary menu item counts.
