Shift of Open Position: 6:00am-2:30 PM-Wednesday to Saturday

Shift of Open Position: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM-Wednesday to Saturday

Job Duties:

• Responsible for promptly and courteously answering phones
• Retail sales of OEM and aftermarket heavy-duty truck parts and accessories
• Customer service with walk in customers
• Selecting parts for Customers

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls
• Assist with walk-in retail customers and their purchases
• Look up and price wreck estimates for both internal and external customers
• Handle and process all warranty requests for company
• Help with housekeeping throughout the parts department when needed, but specifically with the retail counter, will call, and front customer display areas.
• Other duties as assigned
